2. Own preparations of cell mitosis in onion cells 
3. Whole mount slides for reference 
4. Pipe cleaners and beads

Exercises-

1. Observe the complex process of cellular reproduction which results in the exact duplication of of daughter cells by the blueprint of the parent cell
2. Identify interphase and the stages of the mitosis on onion root tip
